1When's the best time to arrive?

You should definitely plan to arrive several hours early before a concert.

2How can I buy the tickets?

You can buy tickets via Our Partner here.

3How much is the ticket?

Tickets are divided into two categories, Festival A (IDR 950.000) and Festival B (IDR 750.000) excluding 15% tax and 3% admin fees.

4Is seating available at the Concert?

All concert tickets are standing only.

5Is there a limit on how many ticket I can buy?

A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased under one name per transaction.

6I bought tickets, but haven't received them in my inbox yet, what should I do?

First, check your spam folder to see if the tickets ended up there. If your tickets are not there, please contact here

7What if I couldn’t make it to the wristband exchange? Is it possible if someone exchange the wristband on my behalf?

The representative who attends on your behalf must submit the following:

  • Printed e-ticket that matches with the photocopy of national ID/ driving license/ passport.
  • For Credit Card transaction, photocopy of the front side of the credit card is required to be submitted.
  • The photocopied credit card holder must match with the buyer's registered name.
  • Power of attorney is required you can download it here it must be signed by both parties with a legal stamp (stamp IDR6,000 -).

8Where is the venue?

The venue will be Helipad Parking, GBK, Senayan, Jakarta.

9What time will the gates open?

10Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted on this website and social media a couple of days before the concert.

11What items are not allowed into the venue?

The following items are not permitted at the event and will be taken away with or without owner’s consent:

  • Professional recording equipment (professional cameras, video recorders and sound recording devices, including GoPro-type devices and tablets) without any valid special ID (i.e: reporter) from the organizer.
  • Any outside food or beverage including alcohol
  • Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
  • Hazardous or potentially dangerous objects include but are not limited to sports items, weapons, knives, firearms, laser devices, iron bars, wooden slats, sharp objects or materials, helmets, iron rivets / plastic, self defense spray (tear gas, sprays pepper), electric shock weapons or other electric shock devices.
  • Suspicious casual objects that can be used as weapons or projectiles including equipment, chemicals, suspicious powder, umbrellas, selfie sticks and other types of tripods.
12Will Medical / First Aid be available?

If you are feeling unwell please head to the First Aid area for assistance.

13What happens if it rains?

The 1975 show will go on rain or shine.

14Will the 1975 concert be worth it?

TOTALLY WORTH IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT, THE CONCERT WILL BE AWESOME!
